Visting Rowers are always welcome at Anchorage Rowing Association no
matter when you come to Alaska. You can FIND US IN THE SUMMER on Sand Lake
Rowing or you can FIND US IN THE WINTER doing what every rower
loves...erging!

907-566-OARS if you are planning a trip and want to fit us in. If you are
already in Anchorage please look at our team calendar for an idea of when
you can hook up with us and join us. We have a guest rower fee of $10 if
you are going to be rowing for more than a couple of free visits sponsored
by one of our members.
If you are going to be in Anchorage for a large part of the summer we have
a Temporary Membership that you will want to take advantage of. Also, we
now have an affordable rate for experienced college rowers who are in town
for short periods of time in either the summer or winter break. Contact
the teammanager@anchoragerowing.com for details.
You'll need to sign a USRowing Waiver and coordinate with our team manager
to connect with a rower/host for a short visit or paying fees to be a
longer term visitor....and don't forget our ARA gear to commemorate your
visit.
