The Anchorage Rowing Association (ARA) is excited to host the National Learn to Row Day on June 3rd, from noon-3:00, at our Shell Pen location on Sand Lake, behind Sand Lake Elementary School. This is a free community event that will give people a chance to get some basic instruction and then try out rowing in a 4- or 8-person boat on the waters of Sand Lake.
